A.C.T. (NATIONAL) LTD was formed in the midlands in 1997 to provide Training and Consultancy Services to the Automotive Aftermarket with then 35 years of Motor Trades experience by its founder Steve Butler.
The original business model was changed completely in 2000 by the creation of A.C.T. (NATIONAL) LTD. The sole purpose of this company being the provision of Safety, Health & Environmental Advice, Consultancy & Training due to the increasing demands of legislation placed on UK businesses and specifically Automotive trades.
In 2003 we developed a truly National service with the creation of a qualified and extremely competent field force of consultants.
A.C.T. (NATIONAL) SCOTLAND LTD with its office in Glasgow was added in April 2007 some 10 years after the company started up, to provide a more direct service to our Scotland based customers.
The Group has notched up an enviable list of UK and European clients including car manufacturers, dealer groups, paint & equipment manufacturers and of course body and service centres.
Many organisations and small consultancy companies offer business services with SHE added as an afterthought. Our competency is Safety, Health & Environment first, providing a service mainly but not exclusively for the motor retail trades.
