Communication in Care Training
This online training course covers Standard 6 of the Care Certificate and establishes the importance of effective communication in a care setting.
The course aims to teach the user about how effective and prominent non verbal communication is, how to reduce the barriers to effective communication, and why good communciation skills are so important in the workplace.
